Mya Blue Beach Returns Policy 

In order for Mya Blue to process your return or exchange promptly we ask you to follow our return procedure outlined below.

 

EMAIL MYA BLUE AND ASK FOR A RETURNS NUMBER Mya Blue will forward a Returns Document with your unique Returns Number by email. Please print this off and enclose with your purchase and indicate if you would like an alternative size or a refund. Please click on the following link to email directly: CustomerService@myablue.co.uk 

YOUR PERSONAL RETURNS NUMBER should be clearly written on the outside of the package. Items without an Authorized Returns Number may not be accepted at Head Office and could delay your exchange or refund. Postal charges for returns are at the cost of the customer. Mya Blue suggests obtaining a receipt of postage for your records.

GOODS RETURNED whether for an exchange or a full refund will only be accepted if the goods are returned to Mya Blue UK Ltd in the same way sent out i.e. clean, in brand new status with the labels intact and the garment unworn and unused. The request to return an item must be received within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please allow three to four working days for posting. If the original delivery was made to an address outside  of the UK , the time period is extended.

ORDER DISCREPENCIES should be brought to the attention of MYA BLUE UK LTD within 14 days of ordering. Mistakes will be duly corrected. Mya Blue UK Ltd requires written notification of the discrepancy before any refund or replacement can be sent out. If a customer fails to notify Mya Blue UK Ltd of any discrepancies, Mya Blue UK Ltd shall have no liability whatsoever. This not affects your statutory rights.

FAULTY GOODS If you believe the goods we have supplied are faulty you should contact Mya Blue UK Ltd by emailing CustomerService@myablue.co.uk and follow the same returns procedure above.  Mya Blue UK Ltd will investigate the fault and contact you once we have received the item to agree the most appropriate resolution.This does not affect your statutory rights.
