MYA BLUE UK Ltd aims to send all purchases within 48 hours of receiving an order, Monday to Friday. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. Some items may be unavailable, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative style or a full refund.
Postal Charges
Postal costs include handling, administration and packaging, as well as shipping charges.
All items will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class Signed For post (unless otherwise requested and specified by the customer). We will send a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number so your item can be tracked via the Royal Mail website.

Delivery Times
Royal Mail First Class Signed For delivery is usually received within 1-2 working days after despatch. MYA BLUE UK Ltd. aims to post out within 48 hours after purchase. The Customer accepts that delivery dates quoted are approximate dates. MYA BLUE UK Ltd shall not be liable for any delay in delivery due to circumstances out of their control. Goods will be sent to the address provided by the Customer in your purchase order.
Postal Strikes
In the case of a postal strike, MYA BLUE UK Ltd. will send all order using a courier service, at no extra cost to the customer.
International Delivery
International orders will be posted by Airmail with a customs identification sticker, if required by destination country. MYA BLUE UK Ltd identifies the order purchase as "clothing" on the customs sticker. Please note that you the customer are responsible for any import duty or tax on entry into the destination country.
Account Privacy
MYA BLUE UK Ltd only retains information necessary to send out your delivery. The Mya Blue Beach website will save your order data to enable us to process your repeat purchases, exchanges and any refunds. MYA BLUE UK Ltd will not disclose order information or personal information to a third party without your willing consent.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your Designer Beach Kaftan, Holiday Dress or Beach Accessories we will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase, just contact us via e-mail or phone.

You will have 3 options:
1. Simply exchange for a different size or colour.
2. Exchange for a different style (if there is a price difference this will need to be paid/refunded).
3. Refund the full price.
We will ask you to return the items, new and unworn with tags attached, to our address:

You will be given a unique Customer Returns Number that you must clearly mark on the outside of the package.
As soon as Mya Blue Beach recieve the returned goods in new and unworn condition, we will process the exchange or refund.
Items without an authorised returns number may not be accepted at Head Office and could delay your exchange or refund. Postal charges for returns are at the cost of the customer. We suggest obtaining a receipt of proof of postage for your records.

Mya Blue Beach offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee within 14 days of the purchase date on unwanted items purchased within the UK. In order for Mya Blue Beach to process your return or exchange promptly, we ask you to follow our returns procedure outlined above.
Goods returned, whether for an exchange or refund, will only be accepted if they are returned in the same condition as they went out ie. clean, unworn, labels intact. The request to return an item must be received within 14 days of the purchase date. Please allow 3 to 4 working days for posting. If the original delivery was made to an address outside of the UK, the time period is extended.
Order Discrepancies
Any problems with your order should be brought to the attention of MYA BLUE UK Ltd within 14 days of ordering. Mistakes will duly be corrected. MYA BLUE UK Ltd requires written notification of the discrepancy before any refund or replacement can be sent out. If a customer fails to notify MYA BLUE UK Ltd of any discrepancies, MYA BLUE UK Ltd shall have no liability whatsoever. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Goods
If you believe the goods we have supplied are faulty you should contact MYA BLUE UK Ltd on the telephone number or e-mail address stated below and follow the returns procedure above. MYA BLUE UK Ltd will investigate the fault once we have received the item and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution. This does not affect your statutory rights.
